hi, i’m salam.
my full name is muhammad abdul salam shaikh. i study computer science at sabancı university, where i started in 2021 on a full scholarship. i also went on a computer science exchange at national yang ming chiao tung university in taiwan in 2024. i build chrome extensions and mobile apps.
my chrome extension portfolio has reached 100,000+ users, with tools for ai workspaces and youtube. my mobile apps, including hairwise and skinview, are used by thousands.
i’m also interested in machine learning for wireless networks and play competitive chess.

i conducted final-year research on machine learning for 6g wireless communications at sabancı university under the supervision of prof. özgür gürbüz.
this field looks at how wireless systems can learn from data and adapt to changing signal conditions. it sits where machine learning meets the challenges of next-generation communications.
